This kit includes a wood-fired oven, a fire brick cooking space, a stainless steel flue, a black door, and all the necessary components needed for the build (finish and base sold separately). The oven is cast from refractory cement that holds up wonderfully to heat. It also comes with a complete dome that's cast in one single piece that makes assembly a breeze. For added safety, this unit must be installed on a 4" thick, level concrete slab (sold separately). Perfect for building into your patio or outdoor deck, in as little as 5 hours, you'll have your very own authentic oven and be ready to serve customers delectable, wood-fired pizza.
