At Archic Furniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece doesn't fit your vision, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup for large items or drop off smaller decor at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
